FALSE ALARM NOTICE

If one of these notices is left by us at your home or place of business we have responded to an alarm at that location and found the alarm to be false. To get additional information about the circumstances of the alarm either contact your alarm company or this department. The dispatcher will ask you for your incident number so please have your false alarm notice handy when you call.

You may be assessed a fee for having more than three false alarms in any calendar year so check into each alarm and try to determine the cause.
